Project details
Public transport in the Netherlands works with one system: OV-chipkaart. The
operator for this system is Translink.

OV-chipkaart’s successor is OVpay, whereby the purpose is to provide flexibility in how users check-in/out and pay while traveling in the Dutch public transport system.

At Translink I worked in a multidisciplinary team, whereby I contributed in creating flows, wireframes and in preparing and conducting usability tests.

Black and white screens are made for designing the interactions. Colored screens
show the implementation of the branding and identity.

All images belong to Translink and are created within a multidisciplinary team.
